Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations in Uyo, Ikot Ekpene, and Aba to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of EldaKerr’s services.
- Oversee a team of caregivers, coordinators, and logistics providers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize service delivery, streamline processes, and enhance the client experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, caregiver performance, and service utilization, to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, technology, and finance, to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
